Chicago needs a strong black woman who lives in the bullshit to come out and run for Mayor, run for Governor and show these lieing assholes up! Tell it like it really is and what’s really needed, whatever that is, i dont know and that fat liar and that uncle Tom they got running things they sure dont need what’s needed.

If a city like Chicago is going to consider a role for military forces, it must do so only within strict, transparent limits and as part of a much larger strategy. Here are some guardrails and alternatives that, in my view, would make any conversation about “sending the military” less reckless and more productive.

I want fear to drive us to options that make our neighborhoods colder and our communities more afraid of those sworn to protect them. I want leaders who will use every tool thoughtfully: faster prosecutions for violent crime, smarter policing that builds trust, and long-term investments that give kids better alternatives than joining gangs. If national leaders insist on invoking the military, they must also accept the responsibility of ensuring it does not trample civil liberties, worsen trauma, or relieve elected officials of making the hard policy choices that actually reduce violence.

This is about more than headlines or grand gestures. It’s about whether we choose short-term spectacle or long-term safety. I want action — real, accountable, and rooted in evidence. And I want it to come with voices from everpp

y block in the city, not just orders from afar.
